Fees

Fees are charged by the session.  Government subsidies can reduce your fees.  Governing Council review fees regularly.

Enrolments and bookings:

Children must be enrolled to attend our service. Our enrolment process is:

1. Families complete online enrolment. Use this link: https://ingleps.spike.economicoutlook.net/enrolments/#/administrationunits/168e2130-f46f-48eb-9c0b-5b75a7bb949e/requests
2. Eligible families to access Centrelink through My Gov and make a claim for Child care subsidy (more information in Fees)
3. Families meet with the Director, have a tour of the service and learn about processes
4. Enrolment accepted – families receive a confirmation email and link to download booking app
5. Families download the booking app and make bookings: Childcare (economicoutlook.net)

Bookings and Cancellations are essentials. All non-attendance without notification will be charged as absence with additional ‘No notification fee’ charged.

All changes to bookings / absences must be notified in writing via text message 0430308814, Seesaw or Booking app.

Bookings via the app can be made in:

•          BSC – up to opening time of 7am if there are vacancies

•          ASC – up to 12pm on the day if there are vacancies

•          Vac Care / Student Free days – up to 1 week prior if there are vacancies

Cancellations via the app can be made up to 24 hours prior to the session for before and after school care:

•          BSC – up to 7am the previous day

•          ASC – up to 3pm the previous day

•          Vac Care / Student Free days – up to 1 week prior

Bookings not cancelled in cancellation period, are charged as an absence. Child care subsidy applies

Late fees	After 6pm	$60.00 per hour. Charged in 15 minute increments
Replacement Sun Smart hat		$7.00
Food supplied (Vacation Care/SFD)		$5.00 per child
Drink Bottle supplied (Vacation Care/Student Free day)		$2.00 per child
Behaviour collection		$15.00 per (charged per 15 minute blocks)(When children’s behaviour is threatening the safety of others, families are obligated to collect. The service will allow 30 minutes for families to organise collection, after that charges will apply.
